Pricing questions

What is an active creator?
A creator who has a live brief, contract, draft or post with you during that month. Creators sitting in a shortlist, or past creators with no activity, are not counted.
Is the free campaign really free?
Yes. Run one complete campaign with up to 10 creators on Glow features, with no card needed. Payout processing charges apply only if you pay creators through Mysticvenom.
Do you take a commission on creator fees?
No. You pay for the software by active creator. What you pay your creators is between you and them.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and the difference is prorated. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.
How are payout processing charges billed?
They are added to your monthly invoice, listed per payout, and are separate from your plan price.
